Quiet, dependable software for the busywork of small businesses.
Steadkite builds focused automation and AI tools that take repetitive work off small teams: reading documents, moving data between systems, and catching costly mistakes before they happen.
Small tools for the work nobody should be doing by hand.
Each one does a single job well and fits into the software you already use.
Document & invoice processing
Pull the fields that matter out of PDFs, scans and email attachments, check them against the rules, and flag only what needs a person.
Workflow automation
Connect the tools you already rely on (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, n8n) so routine steps run by themselves and leave a clear record.
Data feeds & integrations
Scheduled feeds that collect, clean and deliver the data you depend on, in the format your team actually works with.
Practical AI, with guardrails
Language models where they genuinely help (classifying, summarising, drafting), wrapped in checks so the output stays reliable.
A first product, built around one rule change.
Invoice Allocation-Number Checker
Since June 2026, Israeli supplier invoices above ₪5,000 before VAT need a Tax Authority allocation number, or the buyer can lose the input-VAT deduction. The checker reads a month of supplier invoices and flags the ones at risk, before the VAT report is filed.
- Reads PDFs and scanned images in batches
- Applies the threshold in force on each invoice date
- Explains every flag in plain language
Boring, in the best sense.
Automation is only useful if you can trust it on the day it matters.
Small and focused
One job, done well. Tools you can explain in a sentence and hand over without a manual.
Built to be checked
Every result shows its reasoning, so a person can verify it in seconds. Automation should remove doubt, not add to it.
Your data stays yours
Collect the minimum, keep it briefly, never sell it. Privacy is a design constraint, not a footnote.
An independent studio.
Steadkite was founded by Roei Amos in Israel. We work directly with small businesses and the people who serve them, starting from a concrete, repetitive task and building the smallest tool that reliably takes it off their desk.
We work in English and Hebrew.
Have a task that eats your week?
Tell us what you do by hand today. If a small tool can take it over, we'll say so. If it can't, we'll say that too.
